About Us
The Department offers P.G. programme in Chemistry with core courses and some interdisciplinary topics in three distinct specializations of Inorganic, Organic and Physical Chemistry. This programme serves as a launching pad in generating quality human resource for teaching at 10+2, College and University levels and for doctoral & post doctoral studies in frontier areas of science within and outside the state at regional and national Labs. Our alumni have proved their worth at leading institutions of research like CSIR, IIIM, CDRI, CSIR, IIT’s, TIFR, IISc, IIT’s, IISER’s.
